There's a super easy way to make your PDA completely inert and non explosive apart from chucking it at the round start. Also all the high powered flashlight module does is make the PDA the equivalent of a regular flashlight.

What I'd like to see is a flashlight module that lets you choose what color it is. That'd be fun as hell.
