this avatar makes me want hermit crabs that can scuttle out of their shells and live in cans of Dr. Pubber and other drink containers or even a toolbox if they get really big

"Clown car Whale" - A massive Pokadott'd creature that slowly floats around semi-nonlethally inhaling anything that gets too close. Could be considered a Clown's Sub.

Does that mean I can make a clown's sub sandwich?

That's a tad too perfect.

On that note, are fart bubbles a thing? I never checked.

You can fart pack in the ocean but there's no real need to.

Is it a clown car but designed for Oshan or a clown submarine?

Its a large fish with a round red nose stylized after a clown car that slowly floats around sucking people in until someone punches it in the aforementioned nose.  exceptionally easy for people dressed in clown clothes to escape- but a slow painful- and very mildly acidic death for those who don't get help.

Leeeeeeches and/or lamprey. Wandering outside without a full spasea suit will roll a random chance to have a leechamprey stick to you. They'll slowly suck blood and reagents out of you until you take them off with grab intent. Then you can eat them and get most of those reagents back (and an upset tummy), deep-fry it to make reagent-filled fish sticks, or stick it to someone else as a prank. Inject it with mutagens to make it succ harder and faster. Occasionally you'll get one that eats your blood, but replaces it with a random, mostly-benign chem, which you can mutate into injecting other things. Cover with spacelube to make it harder to remove, and slip into a water balloon to make it stealthily attachable at a distance.

Would be invisible before and while attached, but could reuse a recolored rockworm sprite for when its presence is known.

Angry lava crabs that emerge as a result of severe quakes, and/or unearthed with geothermal rock in the trench.

Otters: nuisance critters that can safely traverse land and water, grasp tools, and maybe attack nearby fish.

Not quite like actual otters, but far more entertaining.

=WEIRD IDEAS ZONE=
Amore eel - It is coated in the pure love reagent as a defense mechanism against predators.
Peanutbutterfish - It's a jellyfish that has stings full of the sugar reagent
Cluwne eel - Pops out of toilets occasionally if they have trash in them. Makes annoying noises.
See Otter - It's just a mass of eyes that stares at things. Creepy.
