Minor Unable to remove active light bulbs/tubes regardless of glove type

It's basically the exact same issue as described in this thread, except that it applies to ALL gloves, including insulated gloves.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Put on a pair of gloves that should be able to remove bulbs/tubes. (Insulated gloves, ideally)
   
2. Attempt to remove a light bulb or tube from an active light fixture
   
3. Burn yourself and fail to remove the bulb/tube
