Deaf gang members should be able to wear auditory headsets

Self-explanatory.

I think it's real dumb that people who take the "deaf" trait are automatically excluded from joining gangs because of the fact that their auditory headset gets perma-replaced and unremovable.

I recall being able to remove my gang headset for replacing my auditory headset just fine.

The last time I joined a gang with the deaf trait and corresponding headset (a week or two ago), I might have not been able to remove mine. Or maybe I was so enraged about my breath mask being removed that I didn't even try.
