Welding special effects

When using the welder on things, it would be neat if it had an accompanying effect.

For instance, using it on metals like walls will throw off sparks. Using it on something organic could throw off some puffs of smoke as they burn

adding a spark effect on use is definitely feasible, we got some nice cool spark things that would be great
