I'm not a big fan of forming groups because they tend to get shit once they get large but I noticed Goonswarm from EVE has been doing fairly well for itself and was wondering what games other than EVE and SS13 were populated by Goons as well, if any

Like, most of them. Check SA for any given game megathread and you'll usually see details about goon clans if the game allows for it (assuming the game isn't complete dogshit anyway).
