Minor Nitroglycerin disappears along with its container

I finally figured out Nitroglycerin... only to find that with the fluid changes, it doesn’t work anymore. Like, a beaker full of nitro will just disappear after being put down. Or better yet, it disappears in my inventory. This is annoying since there are quite a few steps in the process.

i also definitely had a uranium container cease to exist once
