sometimes as a mindslave im worried i may be accidentally killing a fellow mindslave. obviously this should only indicate if they were mindslaved by the same person that mindslaved you

Making sure your mindslaves don't kill each other should be the antags responsibility. If they don't tell you the other is mindslaved, they probably don't care enough.

Mind slaves killing each other also tend to tie up loose ends, as people rarely check bodies for mindslave implants from an antag suspect and it's less people ratting you out if they're temporary.

If the guy that mindslaved both people, or the two people working together as mindslaves can't coordinate well enough to avoid that, I'd say it's just part of the game.
