e: sorry i'm tired and see now that you thought i was referring to something else. i mean what if they can, for example, hollow out a sleeping guardbuddy and use it as a disguise

I really like a lot of this concept but I am going to (for now) pass it over to work on other things on the basis that the chaos powers seem like they could be made, I dunno, a little more interesting than "push button, cause chaos, wander around a bit because you just did the fun thing".
Also I dunno how I feel about disguising as guardbuddies. A lot less apprehensive than about ghost drones, and it does work for the whole "blend in as something otherwise innocuous", but I'll have to ask AIBM first.
