Pathogens Spread Through Windows - Again

Pathogens have started to spread through windows again. I know that I worked on testing this once and that it was fixed for at least a while. It seems that those changes either no longer work or were reverted as I just tested it out in medbay on #1 and the monkeys did indeed catch a simple fart bug through glass. Glass airlocks still seem to be fine - though I suspect that's because they are doors, not glass windows.
