Hydroponics is bugged

For some reason, certain plants are unharvestable recently. Stuff like butts, weed, anything that harvests seeds along with fruit seems to work ok. But Tomatoes, grapes, and other things like that are not working at all. No matter how much you pump the yield, how healthy you get the plant, every time it just gives you "You were unable to harvest anything worth salvaging". Just confirmed it's doing the same thing for oranges and melons, too. No matter what kind of seed you plant, whether it's been infused, hybridized, or straight out of the Seed Fabricator, the same thing keeps happening.

Ok, I think it might be related to the new quality system. I tried pumping a tomato full of powerplant, and once the Potency goes about 30 or so, you can harvest it.
