Minor Critters can't rightclick pickup

This is sorta borderline major, as it really is part of why the spell is so good-I got completely shredded on a round, because my (small-not even metagaming this, just was a staff assistant so I had scissors and a flash) weapons were in a huge pile of junk.

This is really kinda buggy behavior, and... while I don't want to get into silly-ass polymorph balance questions, it DOES make the initial impact (confused movement+can't get any of your gear) actually better than cluwning(short stun), which probably isn't intended.
