Subject is pretty self explanatory. Putting a tomato into a reagent extractor and extracting does not produce tomato juice as expected. This interferes with the creation of several drinks and a few chemicals too.

Did you make sure there was actual tomato juice in the tomato? The ones from the kitchen spawn with no reagents. Only tomatoes grown in botany trays have juice. I feel like this could be fixed code wise by giving crops a base level of 10 units or something and adding the potency to that but I'm no coder.
