add an automatic vox announcement for shuttle arriving and disembarkment

as the subject suggests it would be nice if there were a vox announcement that announced that the shuttle has docked with the station and conversely one where the shuttle disembarks from the station
if nothing else, it would make things a little more immersive

reasonable request. no objections. all too often ppl overlook the chatbox announcements.
even a mere ding or chime when announcements come would be a benefit
