Crate painting/distinctions

Simply put: most crates are gray and indistinct. There are some variations for, say, medical or catering, but things like robots come in blank gray crates.

It'd be nice if there were some kind of tool we could use to put a defining mark or stripe or something on these base-gray crates, so we could better distinguish things and instruct people in which box to take at a glance.

this could be handled with paint buckets and hand labelers. and when people used to bother using the request console, the qm could append a comment when approving an order that got printed onto the crate. i usually tried to print on at least part of the oderer's name

More custom crate sprites for QM would be nice, though.
