[Buff] Wizard Anime Dead Spell

Animate dead is a weak spell in a wizard's arsenal. It requires a body and the skeleton is easily dispatched.

This patch gives the skeleton limited auto-revival capacity. It will revive a random number of times (at least once), the chance of revival decreasing each time it is killed.
