No pipe dispensers on the destiny?

Maybe I am just blind and/or stupid, but when I was a mechanic looking around maintenance on the destiny I couldn't find a single pipe dispenser.

If its the case that there isn't one, or at least not one a mechanic can access. Could a mapper just stick one down in mechanics or the maintenance area below QM? Please?

It looks like there's one at disposals, just below the welding supplies closet (actual closet not a room :P). They're a pain in the butt to find though, as they look like a general manufacturer.
