Cyborgs can't use mulebots

Cyborgs can't seem to set MULEbot destination tags from face to face interaction. The PDA program works. Also they can't hack them at all, you just get "The bot is in maintenance mode and cannot be controlled" when you click on them after opening the hatch.

Also when you're next to two MULEbots, and you try and do a thing to one, instead you'll just start working on the other. Like I had #1 turned on, tried to power on #2 and it just switched me back to #1's controls.
