When having your brain removed while having telekinesis allows you to move slowly as a brain and having the internal radio power or telepathy allow you to communicate to others nearby.

sadly brains need things like oxygen and blood to function though, which tend to be hard to get sans-body. though having that translate to borged form would make sense.
