Unstable Refraction == partial deafness

It seems that getting the unstable refraction mutation also turns people partially deaf. Partially as in they can't hear local talk (most of the time), but CAN hear the comms normally. Additionally, removing the mutation (With mutadone) did not fix the deafness.

It just so happens that chameleon, and cloak of darkness do the same thing. This made it particularly hilarious when I was obese, deaf, and blind. The problem being that no one could help me nor could I help my self.

This partial deafness also occurs when you use a cloaking device. It might also happen with chameleon projectors, but I haven't tried with them.

I think projectors are fine.
