Let ghosts toggle darkness

It'd be neat if there was a command in the Special Verbs tab that ghosts can use to toggle off darkness. That way they can see things that are occurring in the dark.

That'd be easy enough to add, just toss the thermals vision flag onto it.

No more support is needed, I'll look into setting it up today.

edit: okay, I guess ghosts were already supposed to see in the dark - the new lighting engine might have broken that. This is more complicated than I thought. Welp.
