DNA scramblers are normal sized, and they should be tiny like every other implanter or syringe.
I got one in a surplus crate and it was a real hassle carrying it around because it wouldn't fit in a pocket or box, so I ended up dumping it to get rid of it. Should definitely be made into a tiny item so it'll go into a pocket or box.
