What with the heart being an actual thing now, why not have Vampires gain X blood upon consuming a heart, or gain specific perks or something they can only gain by consuming hearts.
I think it'd add something interesting, you could either give the vampire something to de-heart dudes after a brief period (Although in this case it may end up too much like changeling.) or have the vampire have to de-heart dudes the normal way with surgery.
