Complaint You admin team is just something else.

You guys have the most disgusting admin team I've ever interacted with. 

Yesterday I got killed for no reason by a newbee. He wasn't an antagonist and nothing was escalated. 
I reached out to a an admin team, and woah! Nobody responded to me or didn't contact the guy. Just completely fucking ignored me. 
And I was like "wow, this is just pathetic, 3 admins online and nobody done shit!".

Now, today I played again. Nothing much was going on so I made a drink that turns you into a cat. After I made it, I walked up to a random guy and, dropped the glass on the floor and asked "want a drink?". 
This guy could've asked me "what's inside?", he could've refused to drink it, he could've asked if it's safe, he could've checked it himself, but instead of all that he decided to just chug it!
Just to clarify: I didn't force him to drink it, I didn't deceive him, didn't change the name, the guy absolutely did not cared about anything. He was just like "yay, 20 milliliters of something in a glass on the floor, let me chug it" and then, oh my god guys, turns out if a person that you've never seen or talked to before, comes up to you in a hallway and drops a glass with 20ml of something and says "want a drink?", then there might be a chance that the drink is "le bad". Shocker, I know. 

So, after drinking the dubious juice by his own will and realizing that it was perhaps a bad idea, the guy decided to run to admins with tears in his eyes and asked them to ban me. And then, oh wow, the admins responded instantly this time! And not only they responded instantly, they instantly banned me. No warnings! no explanation! and I, from my side, did not had a chance to explain the situation, I got asked a very small and strict question that didn't give me any room to explain anything, and boom, I got banned. Meanwhile the guy from yesterday who shot me to death without being an antag still got to play. 

And just as a side note guys, it takes about 30 seconds to get turned back into a human, and that guy did in fact got turned into a human. But oh well, gotta go cry to admins and not even talk to Security, gotta love it!

This is definitely has been an experience guys. Completely incompetent admins who doesn't respond to you when you need them, admins who doesn't know their own rules, admins who doesn't want/care to spend any meaningful time to understand the situation and instantly ban people instead. This is just pathetic guys, get your shit together. 
When you take someone on an admin position, make them take a test with various situations, question them about the rules, put any effort into getting the right people, because this is just stupid.

Unfortunately, staff isn't always available to look at every ahelp in the same round, your help was received though, and I made sure their account was noted

That should be fine as it falls under the floorpills rules, so long as you didn't try and present it or label it as safe.

From what I'm reading in the ahelp logs you were in trouble not over this but instead for poisoning drinks at the bar which does not fall under the same lax restrictions as floorpills/floordrinks. Leah should be by to comment further though as the one who ultimately oversaw this case

Just to clarify for any outside parties, this user was banned for one day (24 hours) with the following reason:

Spiking drinks with mewtini as a non-antag botanist, resulting in 4 people being turned into cats. This is grief, please save it for when you roll antagonist.

User was also spoken to two weeks ago about other chem grief incidents, such as sticking calpettium patches to people and stuffing them in a sleeper.

These above incidents took place on our Roleplay server.

You're choosing to leave out an awful lot here. You spiked multiple glasses and left them on the bar top for people to drink (which they did, four people apart from you got turned into cats that round)

Offering people dubious cocktails is fine, lying to people about it and spiking otherwise safe drinks in the bar is grief and should be left to antag rounds. You got a dayban for going a little too far, I'm not really sure that warrants a rant calling us disgusting.

As for the ahelp you sent yesterday, it does look like you didn't get a response. I'm sorry about that but we are a team of volunteers and can't always respond to every ahelp sent in. What I will say though is that you will never be informed if we do take action over your ahelp, this is done to prevent reprisals and "hee hoo I called the admins on you and you got in troublee" kind of toxicity.

Actually we went and looked back at the round in question and

it looks A) the bartender shot you after repeated warnings for breaking their glasses and B) you checked, saw there were 0 admins online and still lied about it and said there were 3.
