Title says it all, a satchel that can be printed out at a mining fab that stores up to 5 mining charges and can only store mining charges. Right now satchels are kind of an inventory mess with how much other stuff mining carries (especially with a jetpack) and this would help a lot with the usability of charges.

You could always ask a janitor or sci to borrow a trash bag/hazardous trash bag, but I do agree that a dedicated bag that miners can make would be neat.

There's of course the question of how many hacked mining charges a traitor miner should be able to carry, but overall, I like this idea.
