Increase the send and recieve time for the "long range teleporter."

The activation time for the Long Range Teleporter tab on the Teleport Console should take slightly longer so that there's more room for self-sending, and so it's possible in general to self-send on Oshan.

I see the QoL benefit for being able to manage that yourself but why not just ask someone to send you?  This way at least someone is aware that you are off-station and might have an interest in making sure you come back.

oshan's telesci lab is pretty much impossible to send yourself in without breaking the window down, thats probably whats being referred to

The Research Director's office has a "Port-A-Sci" remote that allows you to call a teleporting locker to your location, then you can send it back to its home turf with you in it.

Being able to schedule send/receives sounds like a reasonable feature to have.
