Huffing Helium (already a thing? oops!)

Ah, the humble clown. A balloon-wielding agent of chaos, the resident punching bag and lovable station mascot. Their balloons are pretty cool and all, but often don’t serve much function apart from filling them with water and throwing them at people. I think it’d be hilarious if people could inhale the helium out of the clown’s balloons - deflating it and raising the pitch of their voiceclips drastically for several minutes. This could add to the clown’s arsenal of silly hijinks and, of course, possibly annoy the ever-loving fuck out of everyone within earshot.
