Chemicompiler: Annotating substances

You should be able to paint / use the hand labeller on the chemicompiler to recolour / rename outputted pills and vials. Ignore if this is already a thing.

i considered hooking the text buffer up to it but the text limit on inputs makes using it a bit difficult to put into action. i'll give it a look later
