Just a thought I had, unlikely to ever exist but wanted to put it out there.
Would mainly cause a lot of *smiles and *laugh expressions, although if you wanted it to be more useful, have it increase max stamina slightly.
More of a joke or passive chem for people to mess around with.
Who knows, maybe spike a dinner party with dopamine and everyone has a great time.
EDIT: Also, if you want a Lore reason for its inclusion, then because Nanotrasen is such a horrible company to work for, they have to manufacture the very chemical to make their workers happy, which is added to their food and drink
