It refused to let me shock myself when my own heart stopped, then I collapsed and died from it, this sucks

i think this happened to me once when i was in crit, i tried to stabalize myself but instead i keeled over and died.

Issue caused by defib not shocking anything > 0 health. Added logic to allow shock if subject has any diseases for which shock is the cure. Bug is resolved.

Defibrilator does not count as a shock re: nanomachines, although it seemed like maybe it slowed progression?? Probably unrelated. I ended up having to touch a grille.
