Having features that are inevitably powergamed is not good. I think there's a lot more balancing to be done.

Overall, I feel like this PR is a pretty jumbled collection of things that sound cool, but are unwieldy as a system. I think you should PR these augments one at a time for more in-depth discussion and workshopping.
