Reinforced Metal -> Metal ratio reversed

If you convert to metal from a stack of reinforced metal the ratios are wrong: judging by the numbers in the list of options it's supposed to be 1 reinforced sheet -> 2 normal sheets (just like it's 2 normal -> 1 reinforced) but if you actually use it, it uses two reinforced metal and only makes a single normal sheet.
