basically nukies should be able to pick up unfired rockets and wield them as a one-time explosive bludgeon with non-insignificant risk of gibbing themself in the process

this would have some tradeoffs, such as
- dying probably
- damaging your friends
- ~~damaging the nuke~~ not really whoops
- dying probably

but it would look hilarious
