Sometimes you might check your medals, see that there's a new one and ask yourself: "what have I done to earn this thing?"
This idea can be a proper menu with a list of all owned medals along with their triggers, or it can be a command where you enter the name of the medal you want to check and if you have it you'll see how you obtained it.
