Engine Radiator pipes

I think it would be pretty interesting to be able to ourselves make and adjust the engine's radiator pipes.  I think it'd give people lots of new options for running engines, as well as antagging (especially as engineering crew).  A lot of people tend to ignore engineers working, so maybe we could run a big line of radiator pipe through the halls for more efficient station burning.  Maybe we want to adjust where the pipes are to better suit different burn chamber and cold loop ideas.  The pipes themselves already exist, but I think seeing more customization with their use and set up could prove to be pretty interesting.

Honestly I think we should be able to move all the pipes, assuming that doesn't destroy Goon's "no atmos" gimmick.
