Remove the phone and announcement computer from the Cairngorm

Getting pretty sick of having some dipshit announce at roundstart and then having the entire crew armed with hellmixes ready to deploy the moment we get there.

Just have the Cairngorm announcement computer require more than one ID, problem solved. The phone is rarely used, and even less commonly answered, so I think its fine.
