While i can't speak for urs, consider this an open invitation to make a signature overlay better than mine, or at least variants so it's not always the same overlay. I'm not a particularly good spriter, so the one i made is just a mishmash of vaguely cursive looking lines that look similar to the word "security" if you squint real hard and forget how to spell security

As for the patch itself, this is something I was also surprised we couldn't do already, so I definitely support adding this. write under clues, get signatures, make very bootleg wanted posters... lots of goofy shit is enabled by this.
