[Feature] Changeling Sting More Thing

Allows changelings to sting food, beakers, and more!

Original Idea



This patch also adds a new option for targetable abilities that can be enabled to allow them to target things in the player's inventory (target_in_inventory). This bit would be in its own patch if I were any good at git.
