Minor Fabricator material bug

I put 5 bars of erebite in a robotics fabricator. This gave me 50 erebite in the fab. I built a teleport upgrade then tried to eject all the erebite by sayuing eject "40" (it said 40 remaining). It would only give me 3 blocks even though it said it still have 10 blocks in the machine. Further clicking wouldn't give me an option to eject anything.
