It is literally only ever used for griefing by nonantags.
Edit: I realize this sounds kneejerk and I guess it kind of is (about five or six people spammed empowered erebokinesis on the shuttle during a magstorm, bunch of folks ended up in crit or spaced, it was fucking agony) but I honestly don't think I've seen it get used without someone dying as a result. Maybe give it a bigger stability penalty, at -5 geneticists can just sell it and Physically Fit and anyone who gets them both will still be a 100 stability.
