This has been bugging me for a while.
Because the HoS starts with a Value-Pak CART, he doesn't have a securitron programme.
Is there someway we can change this so we can add a different CART, call it R.O.B.U.S.T.E.R or something along the lines, have it the same as value-pak but with the securitron programme? I wouldn't mind sacrificing some programmes at all, like Signalix 5 or stuff I don't actually need. A HoS without a securitron progamme is a sad sad thing.
