Minor Bows are always inaccurate

No matter how much you clickhold when firing a bow, it will always be inaccurate.
Please fix this, I really want to use bows but at the moment they are garbage unless you get REALLY lucky with where they fire

fixed, also now instead of holding you click once to start charging and another time to shoot
