Minor Prions arent working

Hello,

Neither prions on a scalpel (5u) nor prions of up to 10 units in a heartburger via injection gives kuru. Noticed this over multiple recent rounds

The infection threshold for prions was changed to 5.1 explicitly because of prions scalpels. Eating things does weird annoying things to reagent transfer and there's probably a bad interaction there with the "stomach" patch that was added a long while ago.
