Add a sound effect for when the shuttle gets auto called at 120 minutes.

Currently whenever the shuttle gets automatically called at the 120 minutes mark, it has no SFX which leads to some very unfortunate situations of people being very surprised when they see that the shuttle has arrived at the station.
