Blank HoS PDA

When I spawn as the HoS I almost always get a blank PDA. I went on to test it, but Pete took the job. I asked him about it and he said the same thing would happen, but it did not occur that round. It is fixed by scanning your ID, but I am not sure if this is a bug or feature. Kinda useless for a feature if you cannot return it to a blank state with another ID scan, imo.

This happens all the time for me as HoS. I think its important since right now, you can't be a jerk and blow up the head of security with a PDA bomb.

Scanning your ID is a feature, not a bug. It's been in ever since Cogs added the Carty Party near QM. Swiping a blank PDA with your ID turns it into yours, and allows you to do stuff with it. If you want more blank PDAs, they're a hundred bucks a pop at the Carty Party.
