Trivial Odd movement behavior when wrenching a portable flasher near a wall

I wrenched a portable flasher by a wall and then attempted to move to the right of it. An invisible object blocked my movement to that particular tile but other people could move right through. I have no idea what's going on with this glitch, but it can be avoided simply by moving a square down from the flasher. Video forthcoming.
