Minor AI borgs can't access hacked APC wires

Was the AI, some cheeky fucker was hacking APCs over the wired network. When I found them as my AI borg, I was unable to turn the things they'd turned off back on, I just got "AI control has been disabled for this APC interface" in response, but when I recalled to mainframe i could control them just fine.
