Any gene that is already in your genome is automatically stabilized when activated in you. That is already a thing.
I definitely agree that an “oops that activator isn’t autostabilozed on you” is essential to that idea.

What I meant is specifically applying a stabiliser chromosome to it when you activate it from the code, which would persist when you store it, so you could safely make injectors to give to other people.
