Minor Cybrog Pda carts can be ejected

When opening the cyborg pda one can press the eject cartridge button and it drops to the floor
this can be reproduced by pressing the eject button while in the cyborg pda interface

my first ever round as ai, i decided to eject the PDA cartridge for some odd reason, and was confused because i had no way of putting it back in
so uh yeah, make it so they cant eject or something

I always thought this was a feature for some reason, but also it makes sense if it isn't cause AI and borg PDA's have all the things basically
