Minor A couple of bugs with cutting open blood/IV bags.

1. A cut-open bag can be poured into an already full container, which will still consume the reagents inside as if they were being transferred.
   
2. Bags can only be poured into a limited selection of containers. All I'm aware of for being valid is beakers. Oil cans, fuel tanks etc. will not work.
   

Apologies if this has been posted before, but trying to search for the terms "IV" and "bag" with a four-letter-per-word minimum is quite a game.

sounds like it's limiting itself to reag_containers/glass/beakers instead of reag containers

Might just want to do glass though

idea for overfilling: spill reagents on the ground making puddle
